At Lumina Life Community Services, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live with dignity, independence and confidence within their own community. Our person-centred support is tailored to each individual’s unique needs, goals and aspirations, empowering people to remain connected, build independence and enjoy a better quality of life.

With over 15 years of combined experience across health and social care, our team brings a wealth of professional expertise in nursing, community care, mental health, safeguarding, quality assurance, commissioning, teaching, cleaning services and enablement support. This broad knowledge enables us to provide compassionate, reliable and high-quality support that makes a genuine difference to the lives of the people we serve.

We support older adults, adults with learning disabilities, people recovering from mental health illness, busy families needing support, self funding individuals, and those referred by the NHS and Local Authorities. Whether it is accessing the community, attending appointments, building daily living skills, reducing social isolation, preparing meals, collecting medication or providing support following a hospital discharge, we work alongside every individual to promote independence, wellbeing and choice.

Your Questions, Answered

How do I get started with a service?

Firstly, decide what type of support you require. you can then make contact with us either via phone, email, or below you will see an online enquiry form, one of the team will then make contact with you to identify and build a specific support package to meet your needs.

How do I fund this support?

You can discuss this with one of the team who can go through the different ways of paying for your services, we accept card, cash, online bank transfers and referrals from NHS and Local Authorities.

What if I need to make changes to my support?

You can contact us via phone or on your visit and we can discuss your needs, and how we can amend your support to ensure you receive what matters to you the most. We will carry out regular check calls to ensure we continue to support you in the way you wish to receive it.
